A story at every stop

More than a view of the room.

Your displays are the starting point. Interactive tags let you share the detail that makes them meaningful, right where the visitor is looking.

  • For galleries: introduce artists, explain techniques and link to available works or sales enquiries.
  • For museums: add object histories, archive photographs, curator commentary and educational resources.
  • For temporary exhibitions: preserve a walkthrough that can support future promotion, learning and exhibition records.
  • For visitor planning: show entrances, routes and facilities alongside your written access information.

Your questions answered

Useful answers for galleries & museums.

Can visitors see close-up artwork and extra information?

Yes. Interactive tags can include separate high-resolution images, text, audio, video and links. These supplement the walkthrough and help visitors understand details that deserve a closer look.

Can the tour link to artwork sales or ticket bookings?

Yes. Tags can link to your existing artwork listings, shop, booking pages or enquiry form. Purchases and bookings take place through your chosen website or provider.

What happens when an exhibition changes?

Text and links within tags can be updated. If displays or the layout change, a new capture may be needed to show the current exhibition accurately. We can agree a suitable update plan with you.

Can we keep a record of a temporary exhibition?

Yes. A captured exhibition can remain available as a digital record while hosting is maintained. Tell us how you want to use it so we can plan the capture and presentation around that purpose.

Can we control what is shown?

We agree the capture areas with you and can exclude restricted spaces. Artwork, loans and supporting media should have the permissions needed for online display; we can plan around any restrictions you identify.

Can it help visitors assess access before arriving?

A tour can show entrances, circulation routes and facilities to help people prepare. Pair it with clear written accessibility information and a contact for individual requirements.

How much does a gallery or museum tour cost?

The quote depends on the size, layout and services required. View our pricing for an indication, or contact us for a tailored quote. Twelve months of tour hosting are included, followed by £48 per year.

Give your next visitors a reason to step inside.

Tell us about your gallery, museum or upcoming exhibition and we will help you build a presentation around its story.
