1. Tell me about the property. Share its location, approximate size, number of bedrooms and when it will be ready to photograph.
2. Prepare it at its best. We arrange access and capture the space, ideally between tenancies. For occupied homes, agree access in advance and put personal belongings and sensitive information out of view.
3. Share your finished presentation. Receive your tour link and website embed details, together with any agreed photography or floorplans, ready for your marketing.
Your questions answered
Can I use the tour again when a tenant leaves?
Yes, while hosting remains active and the tour still accurately represents the property. If the layout, fittings or presentation change significantly, we can discuss a refresh.
What does hosting cost?
Your tour includes 12 months of free Matterport hosting, followed by £60 per year. Capture and any additional services are quoted for your property.
Does this replace an in-person viewing?
A tour is a helpful first viewing and reference to revisit. Applicants can still arrange a visit to check the property and ask questions before making their decision.
Can you capture several rental properties?
Yes. Send the locations, property sizes and preferred timings, and I will put together a tailored quote for your portfolio.
