Can I book more than one service?
Yes. A tour, photographs, floor plan and aerial imagery can work together. Tell me what you need and I will scope a combined package, including any work that needs a separate visit.
Can a virtual tour help sell products or take bookings?
Yes. Interactive points of interest can direct people to product information, an online shop, a booking page or an enquiry form. Payments and bookings take place through the linked service you already use.
Does a Matterport tour need hosting?
Yes. A Matterport presentation is a live, interactive product that needs hosting to remain available online. Hosting is £60 per year; your quote will explain the arrangement for your presentation.
Can I use the content on my website and social media?
Yes. Your tour can be shared by link or embedded on your website, and the agreed photographs and videos can support your own marketing. We confirm the deliverables and usage arrangements in your quote, and I can help with sharing your finished presentation.
How should I prepare the space?
Tidy and dress the spaces you want to show, remove personal paperwork and private information from view, and let me know about access restrictions. We can agree a quieter time for capture around your customers and team. Drone work also depends on suitable weather and flight permissions.
What should I send for a quote?
The location, type of space, approximate size or number of rooms, the services you are interested in and your preferred deadline. For technical scan work, include the required file format, intended use and any accuracy or drawing requirements.
